I. Leasing
- Research current market trends and price the available units. Determine the strategy for leasing, including suggesting promotions, to compete with market.
- Zillow
- Upload photos to Zillow
- Retouch photos for presentations.
- Respond to tenants/potential clients.
- Yardly
- Build leases in Yardi
- Navigate tenants through the application process.
- Follow up with tenants/potential tenants on documents.
- Retention
- Determines who gets legal notices.
- Retention Calls.
- Tenant communication on when they will vacate/renew.
- Confirm moveouts
II. Arrears and Collections
III. Lease breaks + transfers
- Oversee lease breaks – work with management if the lease break is notified early.
- Arrange with tenants to transfer – Communicate with tenant on what’s available. Try to lease other units if the tenant intends to move out of the building.

V. Contacts with ELP Human Services and VHI Salvation Army

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Must be amenable to night shift (EST)
