Role Description & Responsibilities:

The Financial Analyst position will participate in acquisitions, investment analysis and due diligence. Specific duties include the following:

• Assist in creating financial projections and cash flows.
• Prepare comprehensive market reports and comp analyses.
• Assist in the due diligence process across all investments.
• Research financial, market, and legal due diligence matters.
• Prepare marketing decks and research materials in support of presentations, pitches, offering materials, and other financing activities.
• Prospect and source new investment opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
• Assist senior management in all aspects of transactions.
• Maintain/update repository of data, charts, graphics, presentations, and written responses to be used for various marketing needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

The candidate should be skilled with numbers and have great attention to detail. Exemplary communication skills and a fundamental understanding of accounting or finance is a plus.

• The candidate must have a strong accounting or finance background.
• Strong quantitative skills; Microsoft Excel modeling experience required
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work as part of a team.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)
• The candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and self-motivation and must be able to work independently, across a variety of responsibilities and at a fast pace.
